This is my digital footprint. That means this is what we do on our ipads or chromebooks. You can see there's green and red in the words - red is bad and green is good. If you see 43 in the bottom Mrs Collins our Cybersmart teacher rated it and that means its ok because she said if you have 20 to 80 its good if its 10 or something  else its bad. 

Catholic Schools' Day

On Tuesday, 28 of May St Pius X School and St Ignatius School came to our school to celebrate a very exciting day. We are all Catholic schools and we are happy to go to a Catholic school. 

We were very excited to meet the other children but I also felt a little embarrassed. 

 

Then we all went to mass. We were singing a lot of lovely songs. There were 3 priests. We usually have 1 but it was a special day. Children from Room 4 from St Pius school did a Liturgical dance.

After mass St Pius X and St Ignatius and us were very hungry so we ate lunch. Problem: it was raining and that means we didn't get to do tabloids games. We were sad. I was sad because the schools went early and we couldn't really talk to the others. Good news: WE had free time (yay) 

Kindness

Yesterday we learnt to be kind and to Speak up and Stand together. We drew ourselves then we passed it to each other then someone crumbled it up and then we opened it...it was full of creases on unkindness. Then we watched Oat the goat the story which was about kindness.

St Patrick's day - By Mikaela

On Monday 18 of March It was St Patrick's Day. We started the day with mass. After mass the principal put us into sport's teams. 

 We went to Miss George's game called gumboot throw. My favorite part of it was the throwing. Then I played green egg race and my favorite part was running with the egg. Next we went to hockey and hoops. After that we went to my teacher Mrs Agnew's game which is called bag and skipping rope game. My favorite part was throwing the bean bags.Lastly we went to Mr Bell's game called "Capture the Flag" which was so much fun.

After all the sports were over we were very excited to have ice blocks. Mine melted quickly but anyway it was such a fun day.

It was the best day ever!!

I do not have brothers or sisters. like to do Art. I’m good at R.E and Reading. Sometimes I find Maths difficult but I hope I can get better at it this year.and to stay longer in Nz
